connecting controller to steam link within Apple TV in a Samsung TV

Hi I am trying to use steam on a tv. Using the apple TV steam link.

I bought in last few weeks, updated firmware of controllers and tried the below two controllers (one wired, one wireless) and neither worked connecting with my TV. What am i missing?

Dualsense

I can connect GameSir to the PC directly with a wire. And i can connect it and use it to navigate inside the smart TV. But the controls barely work once i start the game. I can barely make the person move (very slow).

The Dualsense does not work at all with bluetooth. It connects momentarily to steam on the PC using bluetooth but then connection dissapears. The Samsung TV sees it, but the pairing process also fails. I am sending it back no question. But curious how can i get a bluetooth controller to work with my tv!!?
