After dying in Buckshot Roulette, a black screen appears.

I have a problem: I’ve tried 5–6 times to complete the Bronze Gates achievement in normal mode, but after the third stage, when I die to the Dealer or by my own hand, no doors appear, and nothing happens. The screen just goes black, and I have no idea why. I waited for about 5 minutes, but nothing changed — the black screen remained. However, if I press ESC, I can easily exit to the menu, which means the game isn’t frozen. Still, the achievement doesn’t get completed. I don’t know what to do about this.
