Nvidia app vs Geforce experience - is the new app better?

i am holding on to my geforce experience as i've not had a problem with my games and dont want to mess it up with the new one if it causes problems.
have people had better or worse experiences with the new nvidia app? should i try and hold on to geforce experience and deny the update?

I use my PC for work and the Nvidia app has better features for this purpose. However, I had to go back to using GeForce because the GameStreamer feature was removed from the Nvidia app. I really like this feature to use it with Moonlight.

While I'm still not upgrading mostly for Moonlight as well, I'm under the impression that Moonlight understood this issue since GameStreamer has been deprecated for several year now. As such, they have their own open-source implementation that's mature enough to completely replace GameStreamer under the name "Sunshine". That being said, I found this post mostly to see about any other issues, as well as if anyone's impressions of Sunshine were high enough to allay any fears.

I'll have to double check if Nvidia Profile Inspector still works or has been updated to be optimized to work with the new Nvidia App, since I heavily use that for DX9 games (I have to imagine a fair amount of Steam users playing older titles also rely on this). I'm also very familiar with the use of the Nvidia Control Panel, so I'm more curious to how it replaces *that* than the GeForce Experience app, since most of the optimizations GFE does aren't very helpful imo.
