I've attempted to purchase CS2 Prime twice. The first time, I received the attached error message. Assuming it was a temporary issue, I tried again, but encountered the same error. However, I'd like to clarify that my balance was sufficient during the first attempt, whereas Steam had already deducted the amount by the second try. Could you please investigate both transactions and verify that my initial attempt met the payment requirements? I appreciate your assistance.
