Game in my wishlist without me adding it

So this morning I saw Pro Evol Soccer 2018 in my wishlist. I didnt add this? How do games get added to wishlists without you actually adding them. Is that something VALVE added for me?

Someone with access to your account did that. Either you when you were punch-drunk (or didn't remember what you're doing for other reasons) or someone else.

Be serious.... It wasnt there yesterday or last night. I found Pro Evol Soccer 2018 in my wishlist.... not sure why

I am dead serious. Either you did that (and don't remember for whatever reasons) or someone else with access to your account did.

Did you ever log into any 3rd party websites? If yes, thats where its coming from. Someone has access to your account for sure, it won't happen on its own.

No I didnt add it at all..I havent played the PRO soccer games for over 7 years

No didnt login to a third party website in steam.

My steam account all looks ok, nothing changes, my profile and picture is all fine, its just the Pro Soccer game was there in my wishlist without mt adding it which is odd

I just started freaking out because a lot of my games in steam say not installed...when I know they are...so I was like...someone has accessed my account and uninstalled stuff...changed my password....and then I noticed my External HD isnt working....its not showing up and it has half installed games on it...so I hadnt been hacked but my HD might have died....NOOO

When was it added to your wishlist? It will show you the date it was added on the bottom right corner, next to the remove button.

If it shows a date from very long time ago, it's possible the game was hidden/removed from the store and has now been added back to the store. Meaning you forgot you added it, as it was hidden from you

If the date is more recent and your 100% sure you didn't add it, that means your account is compromised and someone has access to it.

I just removed it within a few minutes. It's quite possible it was hidden and removed by steam and then reasded because i clicked on store and it was there on the store

This is all digital, everyone's account has been hacked, Valve don't care about your protection.. Best bet is put all games on separate drive and run on a computer not hooked up to internet.. If you play multiplayer games then it's play at your own risk, raise your hand and make a comment or two and the hackers will start in on ya.. They start with your email trying to get you that way sins email is needed for this gimmick..

My external drive stuffed up Saturday night, I worked in IT for years and cannot fix it myself.
I only have a 5TB internal drive and as I have 120 games they won't all fit on that 5TB drive.
I still dont know why PRO soccer was on my wish list anyway but I changed my password anyway
