I was always able to watch my buddy stream, but lately it flickers and never starts

Basically it'll briefly start to load as normal, then it'll flicker between a black screen and the loading logo (with the spinning light around it) infinitely until I close it. Any ideas on what could be causing this or how to fix it?

It's happened with multiple games so it isn't that...

Oh good at least its not just me & my friend suffering from this. Anyone got a hint? This only started to happen in the last couple of weeks.

We as helper here only know IGPU issue with main card and then NO to GPU Browser accelration issue from the many post in the past. if you already know this then i dont know.

Broadcast use TCP and UDP, both is needed, so steam ports need to be open and dont have change ISP or router in top of this current issue you have, then such could matter, but alos why many do not reply, we assume it worked before and now it don't.

Also watchout for Nvidia new driver and app, i dont say somethingis wrong with it, but aient the fault just happend apox same time they upgrade app & Drivers, try old past release driver, if this is the case i dont know, this is you guys problem to test.

+1 for me as well, been like this for a few months now for me. Tried a few diff older drivers, did nothing (using an older gforce card gtx 980 TI 6 gig, so sticking with current gpu driver for the time being). Here's to hoping either steam will do a stealth patch or will just have to wait until nvidia release's a driver that fix's it.

Don't know if you figured this out yourself, but mine did this too, and it was solved by lowering the broadcast resolution
