Purchasing a steam deck

Soo in a few weeks i plan to purhase a steam deck but at the screen to put my adresa it dosent allow me to change the country i currently reside.

A month ago I moved from romania to netherlands for a job.

Is there a way to be able to purchase the steam deck and have it delivered in netherlands?

Only if you change your Steam region to Netherlands. For that you need to have a registered address and payment method in the Netherlands.
You cant buy the Steam Deck in one region and have it delivered to another, must be the same.

You can also look into third party stores that resell new and used Steam Deck, those usually deliver to other countries. But from Steam direct the delivery address needs to be in the same country as the store region.

If i purchase something from store now and change the billing adress to where i reside in netherlands now, will i then be able to change the country so i can have the steam deck delivered to me?

What if I move and want to change my store country to the new location?

If you have moved to a new place, or are living abroad for an extended period of time, you can update your Steam country setting when you complete your first purchase using a payment method from that country. If your location differs from your current Steam account store country setting you'll have an option to change your store country while you view your cart or as you complete your purchase. You will only have the option to change your store country once every 3 months.

You need to switch store country at checkout by using a payment method registered in the country you want to switch to.
So a credit card, bank account, PayPal account and so on that is registered with a legit adress in the Netherlands.
