Stolen Rockstar account

So a while back i linked my Steam GTA to my Rockstar account and my Rockstar account got hacked so now i cant play GTA at all! I tried making a new Rockstar Account to play gta and that still dont work Is there a way i can Unlink my Steams GTAV from my old Rockstar Account without being in that account or am i basically in a hole?

You will need to contact rockstar support to regain access to your account.

Linking is never done on Steam side. You need to contact the side that does the linking, in this case Rockstar
