Double down token not working help!!!

I just bought some token but unable to use it anyone having same issue? Problem is its saying im not calibrated my mmr thats the reason unable to use double down but I am already calibrated!!!!

Hello this is Dota 2. I bought Crownfall Royal Bundle that comes with double down tokens but whatever when I try to use double down in game it wont let me use it because it says that I did not calibrate my mmr. I DID CALIBRATED!!! MY RANK IS ALREADY CALIBRATED!!!
