This is not the case either.
The trade history is fine.
Do all steps from post #1, then resend refund request.
Did you read my reply to that #1 post ?
I already did all those things and it's the same.
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/70D8-0BCC-C47E-F498
And Steam Support always answer even if it means a negative response, so we're back to post 1.
I did all those steps and now it seems the tickets are not closing anymore.
Will see what happens.
What scammers do is auto close any help tickets, auto sell, or trade items, and spam your friends with scam links to repeat scam.
You have to check your trade history, and market place history to see what they did on your account. Please note anything on trade/market hold you can cancel to returning items, but if it finalized no longer on hold then it on other account.
You have to figure out where you did wrong to getting the account compromised.
- Trading / gambling scam sites.
- Vote for my team scam link.
- I sent you $50 / you won a prize scam link.
- You have pending ban / I mistakenly report you scam link.
- Try my demo *chat DM* / here free stuff virus download.
- Downloading questionable software, and apps that may have contain virus.
- Sharing account with others that cause the problem.
- Logging on public devices that may be compromised.
I checked my trade and marketplace history and everything is in order.
Will see what happens when they will reply to the tickets I opened today.
