Mature Content Filters not showing

I am unable to allow full content on my account - all the guides/help-pages I checked show a "Adult-Only Sexual Content" checkbox, which I don't have, on the store preference site, the most I can choose is "some nudity". I do wish to enable full adult only content, why aren't all filters showing up? Do I have some kind of children-safety enabled?

All checkboxes should be blue, checked...

Due note that some countries don't want you to see some content which is out of Valve's control.

Are you from Germany? Then you don't have this option.

Man that sucks, I am indeed from Germany. Thank you both anyway :). Is there any way I can enable it or is it country-bound and I have no way of enabeling it?

As long as you are in Germany, nothing will work. - We have to protect our youth, you know. ^^

I would also advise you not to use any VPN services because the risk of losing your account is too high.
