This is red flag already, what you trying to do explain?

Sounds like you trying to login to scam site, and if it is the moment you do they try to trade all your items, auto refund anything recently, and spend it on their items at a mark up to take the funds.

its for trading items, the website is secure if you know team fortress 2, i've logged in 2 years ago but decided to quit tf2 for a year and now it requires me to logged back in again.

If this site wants a Steam Guard code, it's not secure.

If your mobile app is asking for a SteamGuard code, then you already have a device set as your designated auth device.

its the biggest trading site in team fortress 2, the only thing it gets is your steamID, it requires you to log in through steam just like any other trading websites like tradeit.gg, backpack.tf etc

For starters you said you uninstall your steam guard app, did you revert back to email 2fa? If no then have to remove guard app off account, then reset it back up, and wait 7 days before can trade again if you want bypass trade holds.

Also my advice visit https://steamcommunity.com 1st go to it MANUALLY, don't let 3rd party sites do it for you, there LOTS of scam sites online that make fake pages, and scripts with fake pages inside the browser to trick you thinking it your browser tab.

Login on https://steamcommunity.com/ then go visit 3rd party site, it SHOULDN'T be asking for login details period, it should display your profile with green button below that say sign in that it, there no text build field to enter any kind of text, that the point because you're already sign into the steam. Should look like this.
