Steam WebHelper Error (not responding) after Win10 update

It worked fine until few days ago.
I'm using Win10, and I noticed that after installing the latest update, I started to get an error every time I open steam.
I can't get into the library, or play any steam game.
I tried to uninstall, re-install, even on a different folder, the far I got is to login and then it seems to work for one time only, until I close Steam. After that I keep getting the error again and again.
Choosing the option to start while disabling the GPU acceleration, or using sandbox, neither work. Also tried to delete the cache, some files of the WebHelper, and still nothing works.

GPU: AMD 6600XT Driver 24.4.1
Win10 Pro 22H2 19045.4651
32GB RAM

So why don't you choose to simply test it by uninstalling one update after the other till you find the culprit youself ?
Does not seems very hard and you will probably get your answer without any other help than just yourself.

Tested it, with all updates. Nothing worked :/
I am wondering what else might changed...

Did you find a solution? Cuz I have the same problem lol.
