Haven't received the game I gifted
Hello, I need help with a game that I have gifted to a friend (FC26). I have gifted the game to my friend and the amount (35$) was deducted from the bank account. But my friend haven't received it and still didnt receive any confirmation email. How can I approach this issue? I also contacted the support, hoping they will get back to me about this. But I dont know about customer support here. Any tips?

Did you check your purchase history? Just wait if the transaction is still pending.

Did you check your purchase history? Just wait if the transaction is still pending.

They updates me yesterday after a couple of hours. Thank you!
