someone got into my accounts and gifted themselves games

someone got into my accounts and gifted themselves games about an hour ago , i have zero steam funds now and steam wont refund me my money because they redeemed the gamed or something, i really need help i dont know what to do, i have steam guard active and DID NOT APPROVE ANY PURCHASE!

i reported the account and blocked them
is there a way to contact steam/valve to show them these are hackers
steam should really put some kind of approving process before gifting or buying games

Your account is compromised.

Secure it all steps...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever.

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

And stop giving away your account info to scam sites.

Go to help at the top and steam support. You can report purchases you didnt make. You can also try to open a ticket to request this to be reversed.

otherwise follow Mr. Smiles post, I believe he has probably covered all ground otherwise.
Dont give your info to random sites... I dont know how you did this but never give this info to anyone. Know how to know when someone is a scam or untrustworthy and never fall for such a thing again.

Okay, this just happened to me too. I bought a game, went through the whole transaction, and when it finished it says I bought a gift for someone I’m not even friends with
