Please help
Hello,
I now only have limited access to my account. An unknown email address is stored in my account.
I can no longer do anything, not even close the account.
What can I do?

Steam Account Recovery

It is possible to recover a Steam account. You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the stolen account for this to work.

The recovery process allows you to contact Steam Support to provide proof of ownership.
