Is there a way to remove NSFW from the front page but not searches?

I'm sick of getting spammed with shovelware porn of the front page, but I would still like the option to search for NSFW without having to change my Preferences every time I search. And yes, I tried clicking "view unfiltered results", but that still blocks NSFW content unless I enable it in Preferences.
