How to trade with people who aren't my friends

Hello everyone I have a coupon that i want to trade but all of my friends own that game. So I want to know how to trade it with a coupon from a user who isn't my friend
P.S. My coupon is a Company of Heroes 2 -40%

Go to the discussions of the community hub for the game you have a coupon for and go to the Trading sub-forum. Make a post in there, and people can send you a trade request without being on your friend list.

This is not a trading Forum. It is even stickied. Do not trade in this forum.

And about that problem - despite the fact that you don't deserve an answer for simply not reading anything - you need to add someone as their friend in order to make a regular trade offer. That's the way Steam trading works.

EDIT: Or the new trade request stuff, yeah, forgot about that new stuff.

These post that are "2 years old" are still referenced by people YEARS later due a search.
People STILL read post that are years old to trouble shoot problems they have, that's WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE.
