Well i tried all i could to fix it, yet it it not fixed :)
If you have a solution for this problem, then post them.
Sent a problem message to Steam Support so just waiting for them to get back to me
Its killing me to wait to play all the humble bundle games
The site says that my account dosen't exists.
Anyone?
Steam support said to delete your recent cookies and browsing data and try again it didnt work on chrome but when i did it on IE it worked a treat
ot two weeks of humble bundles to catch up on now :D

We apologize for the delay.
If you are experiencing this issue in Steam, please restart Steam and try again.
Otherwise, you may need to delete the temporary internet files and cookies for the browser you were using.
If you are using Internet Explorer:
Click Tools (ALT+X) > Internet Options.
Under Browsing History there should be a button that says 'Delete...'.
It will ask you to choose which type of files you want to delete. Make sure 'Cookies' is checked, and click 'Delete'.
If you are using Firefox:
Click Tools or FireFox > Options.
Navigate to the Privacy section tab. Then click the link 'remove individual cookies'.
In the Search bar enter "Steam". All Steam cookies will now appear in the list below.
Click 'Remove All Cookies' and click 'Close'. Note: This will only remove Steam related cookies.
In the Privacy tab, click the link 'clear your recent history'.
Under 'Time range to clear' select 'Everything'. Click the 'Details' arrow and uncheck cookies. Then check 'Offline Website Data' and click 'Clear Now'.
Click 'OK' and restart your web browser. Then re-test the issue.
If you are using Chrome:
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select Tools.
Select Clear browsing data.
In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for Delete cookies and Empty the cache.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.
