Pending Balance Steam Market

Hello, I have a problem, I sold an item on steam market and the balance is in pending with this message "Some funds are pending. This typically occurs after a purchase you made has been refunded. These Steam wallet funds are currently unusable"... I never see this before and I have not doing any refund, why it says that I made an refund ?

For me it says right now availabale within 3 hours. This same pop up was there at 8AM 2 hours ago.

I got dinged by this near the start of the Summer Sale, I think because I was one of the first people to sell a wallpaper for a game that had only just released cards. It was the only sale of mine that this has happened to, during this Sale. I had to wait three days for the money to leave pending, but had no other issues.

well in my cause my friends bough my items for higher price so i can get few games bf the sale ends now the money is on pending

Somehow it works even worse than in paper, I sold an item for about 20 to 30 cents higher than average and still got pending funds

i sold a tf2 item that has the unusual effect which cost more than the market value, steam emailed me with "the purchase price for this item is 'unusual'. Funds received from this asle will be held temporarily." 😂😂its funny and stupid at the same time

This system is a disaster, constantly getting pending wallet funds and now i'm afraid of them, cause last time it got over 60 euros in pending i got community ban, so now every time i get hit with pending im afraid to sell anything and for bigger sellers and buyers like me it's basically imposible to function, cause we have to live in fear that we might get striked with community ban...

Yes you do i got striked for fraudulent activity and got account temporarily locked and it was right after item after item got striked with pending funds.

I got my account restircted because of pending wallet funds and it was saying i was community banned after support looked into it say said everything was fine i didn't until that moment participated in any steam discussions or game chats for over a year...
