"Account is already linked to an EA accouint"

I recently downloaded APEX on steam due to the fact that the launcher on EA wasn't working properly.
I have 2 EAs account and 2 steams account, me and my brother each have one of those.
Unluckily we fu**ed up the login on EA while linking and we swapped our accounts on EA (to make it clear i had brother's account EA connected to my steam and viceversa)
Now it says "steam account is already linked with an ea account" after disconnecting both of the accounts.
Is there any chance to reconnect them with the correct owner? EA supports didn't work and says that i need to contact steam support for it.

As the linking is done on EA's end, you were told male cow excrement by a support worker not willing to do their job.
Steam Support can not assist you with external services.

The link is one way. Valve cannot do anything about, you must contact EAG, since EAG links the Steam account, not the other way around.
