Blurred Steam Game Thumbnails?

The game thumbnails of games with mature content on my steam profile have a blur on them that I don't want. This used to be removed by ticking a box in Store Preferences about blurring the thumbnails, but that is gone now. I tried editing my mature content filters but they don't seem to be affecting anything or saving. Any help?

Now you need to apply this content to be viewed in Community tabs as well. Go to Preferences and tick those boxes under Community at the Mature Content Filtering section.

It seems to be working only when you're logged in though, just like last time they broke it. If you view someone's profile while NOT logged into your account, some games will be blurred no matter the settings. I remember it happened a few months ago too, hope they can fix it soon.

It's supposed to work like that when not being logged into your account because the settings are account bound.
