how to confirm my refund?
This is the message i got

Dear Cardholder, a credit refund of amount of AED 37.31 is notified by merchant Steam Purchase, 425-9522985 and will be processed upon validation & receiving confirmation.

You dont need to do anything, its automatic.
The confirmation is between the credit card company and the merchant, in this case Steam.

Look under your wallet it could show pending.

Look in Games tab very top >.Manage Gifts and guess passes.

they refunded to the used payment method, not to Steam wallet.
