How do I create a custom Hyperlink Header Text

I've seen a bunch of people with Custom text saying

CLICK ME

on which you could click sending you to YouTube link or whatever. Anyone got any idea how?

Nest the h1 markup tags inside url markup tags.

H1 on the outside won't make it blue text, though it does the same function. To get the fancy smancy blue text link, the H1 needs to go inside the URL.

I like H2 better. No annoying dotted line.
