Mod turned into +18 without +18 content

Today, I was surprised to learn that my mod was made +18 (Violence, Gore, and Nudes) when it doesn't have anything +18, I tried changing the content description (or whatever it's named) and I can't change it, the game is City Game Studio and the mod is Gianlu's Expansion Pack Complete Edition.
I want to know how to change this, please help

Self delete it. Review every file/etc. Re-submit.
If it happens again get Steam Support involved as you might have an abusive moderator.
And I haven't looked at your mod at all so I have no bias here.

Submit a ticket to steam support and ask them to review it.

Some people don't want to see certain images or view certain content, because it disturbs them, or they have other reasons they don't want to see it. So, we can put a descriptor on it, to prevent it from showing for them, so they do not have to see it, unless they want to.

If there's a gun or a weapon in an image or whatever, or it relates to something perceived as violent, it might upset the people. So, we can put the violence descriptor on it, so they do not have to see it.

There's nothing bad in the mods pictures, you can see the mod
