PUBG crashing and not loading

I'm desperate. Every time I start the game, it seems like everything is ok, the loading screen pops up, the intro plays... and then black screen and crash. The crash report is ,,Unknown crash. Our engineers will look into this problem."

And I feel like I've already tried everything. I performed a clean reinstall (deleted all the files in my computer and installed it again), updated my drivers, excluded PUBG from Windows Defender, ran it as a administrator, updated AMD and Direct X... I don't know what to do anymore.

Any bigbrain ideas?

My pc is an older one, but I can run GTA so I think PUBG should be just fine. + I've played PUBG before (idk like half a year ago) and all ran good.

If you are unsure, do this:
Open the Steamclient, click on Help in the top menu bar, then System Information.

Copy ALL text and post it here.

That you can run GAME-A does not mean GAME-B will work.

Try to move TslGame folder from there to somewhere else
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PUBG\TslGame

if u cant find the folder, look at ur AppData (its hidden by default)
C:\Users\<username>\AppData

Yeah, with that CPU you won't have much luck, even if it runs.
The system requirements list a quadcore as the bare minimum.
Your CPU is only a Dualcore and not a good one either. That's more or less a cut down cheap offfice computer CPU.

You are below minimum requirements so problems are to be expected.

idk man i still feel like its not a cpu problem, like i said i played the game before, so i dont get why would the bad setup be an issue now

Games get updates. Updates can cause issues with unsupported systems.

What worked for me was this: Maybe this will also help: Windows Security -> Device Security -> Details for Core Isolation -> Disable Memory Integrity After this my game was fixed
