No one other than myself appears in the friends activity.
Since a few days ago, I have not been able to see any activities other than my own in my friend activities.

The following is what we have confirmed:

• Check to see if any of your friends have disappeared.
  
• Checked with a browser (Firefox) and from Windows and IOS apps.
  
• Checked with Firefox browser with add-ons disabled.
  
• Check with a browser (Microsoft Edge)
  
• Check if friend A can see the friend's activity
  
• Re-login to Steam
  
• Switching between online, offline, and away status for friends' activities.
  
• Check "Friend Activity Settings" (check all)
  
• Check if it is not displayed under "My Activities"
  
• Contacting Steam Support ("I'm not sure, but there's no patch to fix it at the moment!" and it was terminated.)

Also, I don't know if this is related to this issue, but the "Friends who have that game in their wishlist" and "Friends who have played that game before" that are displayed when accessing the game's store page are also currently not displayed.

Yes, try to remove one of your friends and add them back.
