Someone try to login to my acc

Hello,
Every week, I receive an email from Steam telling me that someone is connecting to my account, and they need the Steam guard code.
So I changed my password everytime I got this mail and I even modified my Google password.
Can someone help me find out how he always find my password ?

P.S : a few month ago I got hacked on Google, Roblox, Steam, discord, Deezer, Spotify, and other sites, but I managed to change all the passwords in time

Make sure the account name in the email matches your account name you use on Steam. This is very important because sometimes users have dud accounts bound to the same email that they don't realise they created or have forgotten about and it is that which is being targeted. They then change their main account password pointlessly whilst the other targeted account is the one being attacked.

If it is your main under threat then it's possible the material which got you compromised isn't full removed from your device.
