dota can't decide if it's in fullscreen or fullscreen window. help
Please help with the dota.

I can't tell if it is in full screen mode or in a full screen window
and at one point (especially at the beginning of the game) dota gets into a conflict and constantly, every half a second, changes from the usual full screen to the full screen in the window, not even allowing me to open and close dota through the task manager
I used to think that it was due to viruses and drivers, but the problem is not in this, but in something else
Well, at least I think that the game is so "non-binary". It’s just that in other games, when I close the game using the Windows button, everything closes normally, but in DotA it’s the opposite, as luck would have it: either the launch panel itself will start on top of the game (and besides, it won’t respond to anything), or it will switch to window mode, but damn Dota itself is on fullscreen.
how to fix it?

If you haven't already ticked off your preference in settings(windowed or fullscreen),I suggest you do so.Other than that check your files for corruption problems(in Steam). If they don't solve the issues try deleting that game & reinstalling it.

i tried both preferences and it did not help. Also the corruption files check found literally 0 issues, and i also reinstalled the game, sadly it didn't help either :(
The other sad thing is that because of this problem i was in low priority 3 times already because i simply couldn't close the game to lauch it again and reconnect, and it's very annoying
