Battlefield 5 conquest map stuck on loading

So I purchased bf5, went sirectly to multiplayer and chose a conquest map( panzerstorm). The loading screen appears and it just keeps loading for ever without starting the game. tried restarting the game, updated my nvidia driver but nothing worked. any thoughts on how to fix it?
