I need a huge assistance about Game Crash and freeze on Steam
Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out here because I’m at my wit’s end.
Call of Duty MW III and Warzone, Since the Season 5 update, my game has been consistently crashing on Rebirth Island and in Ranked Multiplayer mode. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve lost CP and even faced suspensions because of these crashes.

I’ve tried every possible fix—updating drivers, reinstalling the game, adjusting settings—but nothing has worked. My setup includes an RTX 3060, and I’ve been playing at 165 FPS on ultra settings without issues for over 8 months until this update.

The worst part is Activision Support has been completely unhelpful. First, they told me my PC doesn’t have a GPU, and then they said after 4 tickets! "but unfortunately, our specialized team has told us that since your GPU is integrated, there is nothing else we can do". This is ridiculous, considering my RTX 3060 should be more than capable of handling the game (especially since the recommended specs list an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970).

Moreover, I tried downloading the Battle.net Warzone version, and it’s working perfectly with the same account and setup! This makes it clear that the issue is specific to the Steam version.

But I bought the Multiplayer here on Steam!

If anyone here has experienced similar issues or knows of a fix, I would greatly appreciate any advice or help. I’m really frustrated and just want to get back to enjoying the game.

Additionally, about Activision support, I believe that I’m dealing with AI agents or heavily scripted responses, not a real human agents.

Level 1 support is outsourced and you will have to keep responding until you get someone competent.
