Problem after update with Regency Solitaire

I can't get the game to play. Not that I am much of a computer person but I did try to see where it would install, it said C:
I tried the uninstall and install but that didn't work.
Normally, I click on Steam and it lists my games. I click on a game and play.
This is very frustrating. It was working before.
Hope you help in easy language.
