Tos user agreement. from steam deck to pc

Hello, thank you for reading my post.

My question is regarding a games tos or user agreement. For example, If I install a game on Steam deck does that mean I have also accepted for my Pc? Even if it not installed on the Pc.

Yes because the agreement is for your account, not for the game install itself.
So if you use the same account that owns the game on both the Deck and on your PC your agreement to the TOS are valid after accepting on either.
