For some reason I cannot trade, even though I have done nothing with my steam profile

Long story short, I have no trade ban of any kind, yet steam does not let me trade at all, like I cannot even open the trade offer menu because it instantly says "You cannot trade at this time" with no explanation as to why. I know I have made a purchase in the past year, I haven't scammed anyone to my knowledge, and there is no trade ban on my profile, so i'm really confused.

CS2 bans will restrict trading and the Market for CS2 items only. No other game or items are affected.
