Nvidia Geforce redeem - Can't sign in

I cannot seem to sign in when trying to redeem black myth wukong in the geforce experience app, nothing happens when i press login.

use the nVidia App beta instead. The GeForce Experience built in browser is outdated.

Installing the NEW NVIDIA App fixed this. Instead of an in-app login, you'll be launched into your Default Browser and you login everything through there.

Enable the Experimental Versions in the old Geforce Experience app and say yes to the Upgrade. From that point, just copy every settings over and use your exact same login.

When you're all done. Restart the app, give it like a few mins, should populate all your redeemable items.

I did all this and it would still not work. I was able to see the game as a redeemable, but clicking on it would open a page asking for the code again and once I entered it, it would tell me I didn't have the required hardware.

What finally solved the problem was to use a different browser! I use Firefox. I switched to Google Chrome (installed and set it as the default browser), then click on "redeem" again and it worked!

check the redeem page later. If it shows technical error, then the code is being synchronized by nVidia's servers.

Just try to deactivate anitvirus for few minutes during redeeming the code. After redeeming code it redirected me to some pop up window asking about some nvidia app settings, then Ito window where I've succesfuly logged to steam. Seems antivirus was blocking this pop Up. Thx everyone for advices, it took me some time and nerves to resolve it.

Go to Windows control panel > Locate Programs n Features > Uninstall GeForce experience (GFE) / NVIDIA App listed among the softwares > remove the GFE software

Disable the Antivirus software (This is only for temporary purpose to install . After installation is complete re-enable the Antivirus software)

Disable Internet (This is only for temporary purpose to install the NVIDIA App) . After installation is complete re-enable the Internet)

Install the NVIDIA App from the save location (Note: Make sure that the latest driver is installed for the graphics card) Now redeem the code through the NVIDIA App > Redeem

Also, be sure to login via to Nvidia app using the same method as your very first attempt (e.g. if you used google sign-in, used that - don't enter your email directly).

i got problem with redeem but reinstall nvidia app does work thx

Install the new Nvidia app, login there and wait 15~ minutes and code should show up in redeemables
