Failed to send authorization request (15)

I activated the Steam Families Beta on my two accounts and PCs but if I try to start a game with my second account I only have this message error (Failed to send authorization request (15)) and I can't play. Anyone have a solution for that?

Sounds like the accounts store country hasn't been set yet or hasn't been updated in a while.

How long ago was the last purchase on the other account?

15 just means access denied, so that's not really much information to go off of.

it could be because one account its in a familiar group, so when you try to borrow games between your account in the same pc it just doesnt work. idk if i explained it well but this is (i guess) the same problem i have because of sharing pc with my brother (sorry i dont speak english).
