There seems to be an endless amount of these types of questions, the answer is you have to wait a bit longer than you assume.
Ok well i now wrote them my PSC transaction details (including Transaction ID, Webshop ID, Exchange rate (incl. fees), Your payment's status) and added a picture showing these transaction details directly from PSC like Paysafecard suggests it when you try to contact directly the support of Paysafecard.
I dont mind waiting, just dont want to get told i should have reacted earlier.
I have problems with paysafecard for several months.....but only with purchases from Steam.
This day I bought games from GOG and they were on my shelf withing seconds....than I bought 2 games from Steam....and nothing.
Like always the support is just the robot...telling me that there was an problem and that I can buy the games if I try again....only that the money is gone.
This is at last the 5th time for me.
No answer until now :/
Did you also contacted the Paysafecard Support?
I did but as of now i also didnt got a email from there.
Paysafecard Support:

No it doesnt have to be PSC but just to clarifie that the transaction was from PSC to 100% completed its important to contact the PSC Support aswell in case the Steam Support should claim PSC didnt completed it.
As a suggestion for others, write your ticket in english and provide them also in english the PSC transaction details.
