i've read the FAQ and they didnt tell me what the reason is, i've traded with many bots last year and only now i got an error saying "trading is unavailable for you".
can somebody try to help me fix this please?

There is a new cooldown on trading after you change your profile name.

Every time you change your profile name, you are put on a ~4 hour cooldown for trading.
