Change of region after moving to different country.

So yeah, I tried Steam support, but they are not helpful unfortunately.
I moved from Czechia to Sweden like 8 months ago, I still can not use my Swedish debit card for Steam (other platforms are working...), talking with Steam support feels like talking with AI, not helpful at all.
They are telling me that I need to update my region with payment method from that region, but then they are refusing that payment method ... So I dont know, what to do..
I need to update the account, I wont be moving back to my country any time soon, maybe ever....

But how am I supposed to update it? They refuse my card, they dont even have Swich payment option. There is no garante that other ways are going to work because they already not accepting debit card...
