1. they sold most of my steam inv and then they overpayed for some random dota card thing on steam marketplace
2. 40 min later my email on my insta gets changed with no 2fa request at all, to k******7237@dlvmail.com (Obv bot email)
just wondering if youve had any problems since you changed your passwords
btw my insta and steam have completely seperate details

I would also suggest changing the password on any devices linked to your steam account, such as your PC, email, and phone.
You can contact the police, it's a crime (identity theft). They probably can't/won't do anything about it, but you can file a report. Note that if you have loved ones in the house, perhaps rule them out before contacting the police, as it's still a crime either way and a criminal record for your loved ones is probably not something you want.
All that said, as per the steam terms of use, understand that you are at fault for anything done while your account was hacked and they consider it your fault the account was hacked. If someone steals your account, logs in with a bunch of cheat programs and get's themselves VAC banned, that's your fault and you'll be VAC banned.
And steam really doesn't forget who they've banned. Some folks here have been banned for a decade or longer.
