Black screen when viewing screenshot

I can only view mine or my friends' screenshots if I click on their link. Any tips on how to resolve this problem?

A friend of mine tested it on his PC and said it was normal.
Edit: Well, forget it. Obviously it's not that normal. For him some places it works and in others it doesn't.

That is explained in the bug report by other users.
