"unusable" currency

I sold a game skin on the community market, after a successful sale my steam wallet told me that my earned euros were "unusable", so I couldn't buy the item I wanted. What should I do with it?

What do you mean by unusable? What is the exact error message you get from steam?
What are you trying to buy?

Do you mean "pending?"

I currently have 0,13€ in my steam wallet, I sold a game skin for 3,5€ to a player, the trade would have been made as the currency I requested was added to my existing credit but not added to my existing credit. Here's what it looks like for clarification.

"unusable" is "pending"
