Webhelper wont Start

Hey, can someone help me? My steam wont running, after i checked my task manager the steam client webhelper always terminate itself, is it matter? i did uninstall the steam and still it wont runnning

try add it to antivirus exception rule ( its still a executable )


try compatible as run as win10 ( and make ticket to steam support )
atm maybe not a win10 issue at all, so why do win11 OS now has a issue, steam support might want ot know this.


lets see if there is a win10 steam user will complain over this, this has 2 win11 user atm, depend if yuo also are this then it could matter.

we have seen several steam user over a week start to have issue, with steamwebhelper, but we have no insight with what cause this, we are steam users here, but the little clues here are not confirmed, but i take a leap in maybe not a win10 issue atm i see 2 win11 user had the issue.


and No im not sure when this start maybe last week after patch day apox around there.

old advice from webhlper issue is clear dl cache and delete web browser data inside steam settings, but we can only hope that will fix cant start webhelper, not so easy if steam will not start at all. ( only steam flush cmd might fix it ( google cmd in how to do.)

You are the third person today that is complaining of the exact same thing. Something is conflicting between Win11 and Steam

Same problem here using Windows 11. Windows Event viewer shows Application SID does not match Conductor SID.
