Alias Doxxing. Please help
I'm not sure what to do about this issue that I'm facing. Basically a user is using the alias feature of Steam to doxx people I know. They are explicitly using the full name of other people in multiplayer games and intentionally make people upset in order to redirect the hate to innocent victims. I reported this user, however the Steam FAQ mentioned that the moderation team will ignore malicious activity reports. What can I do in this situation?

As a Steam subscriber you agree to abide by the following conduct rules. In general, as a Steam user you should be a good online citizen and not do anything that prevents any other Steam user from using and enjoying Steam.

More specifically, you shall not do, or attempt to do, any of the following on Steam:

[...]

Violate others’ personal rights
Examples of such prohibited behavior include: doxing; scamming; stealing; impersonating; stalking; accessing other users’ Steam accounts; and posting libelous or defamatory statements.

Report the user.

I have already reported the user. I hope the report will come to some sort of resolution.

Simply changing your steam name doesn't mean much as steam or games themselves allow you to change it as much as you want and anyone can find who it is by going directly to their steam page as a lot of games have that option or using the recently played menu will allow you to go there directly.

Though as pointed by the first reply, the culprit is violating Steam TOS by doxxing/impersonating real innocent people.
