Why do I have 9 hours on poppy play time

So basically I had this issue where I didn’t have the right computer to play a lot of games on steam it’s been 1 year since I came back to this account and so then I go to my library then I see poppy playtime and I thought I barely had any hours in it it never even worked when I turned it on and it says I have 9.5 HOURS ON THAT GAME I never even played it before I’m trying to see if their is a or was a hacker in my account has this ever happened to you to or is it just me pls give me some tips

When the game failed to launch, the executable likely remained open though it was crashed. Steam still logs time when that happens.

Look in Windows Task Manager when a game fails to launch and make sure it isn't listed as an active process.

It's been a year, and memory is a fickle thing. I can't say I remember the hours of play time I had on specific game a year ago.
