Game crashes to start game menu over and over

Hi everyone,
I'm currently experiencing difficulties to get my game to work, since it seems that I can't get past the startup menu, in which it says that ImportedUI mod is broken. I've tried everything from switching from directx to vulcan, to delete the mods folder on my computer, to totally reinstall the game. Nothing works. Please help, thank you so much. (fyi it wasn't me who installed them but my friend, I have no idea how any of the mod coding works)

Problem is mod, that user own problem to deal with, but as yuo see alot of steam user have start game up issue atm.

Rename game folder to .old, then reinstall game to see if this is a mod issue or not.

rest is make sure you have VC++ from MS own support place, and same can be said with BIOS and driver, and we assume ipc is update and same goes with windows update do check extra windows update.

and in top of this make sure steam.exe and game own name.exe is on Anti-virus app exception rules.

and we assume its win10/11

Do not have other pc issue ( also why you check for this. )

SFC /Scannow


ps.
if you are Linux or Mac user then ask steam own Forum, for ppl that is seen as master to them system in whats wrong.

old rules Reinstall GPU driver in fresh DL and make a clean install nvidia use custom install and then checkbox is there.

AMD user use DDU.
