Help me log in to Steam
Half a month ago, I wanted to enable the market trading feature for my secondary account, but my Steam Guard was already linked to my phone. I didn't know how to enable the feature, so I read some instructions on Steam. I mistakenly thought I needed to unlink my authenticator first, so I removed the mobile authenticator. When I tried logging in again by entering my password, it asked for a verification code from my original email. However, I can no longer access my original email, which I used back in elementary school, and it is now inaccessible. As a result, I am unable to log into my account.

For the past half month, I’ve been trying to contact Steam support, but they have not been helping me recover my account. I’ve provided the account name, my password, phone number, and a lot of historical transaction records, but the support team keeps giving me the same response and won’t let me recover my account. I am really upset about this. I kindly ask the staff who see this message to help me recover my account.

Remove your account name. Only you and Steam Support should know it.

Steam Support will ask you to provide specific information to prove you are the creator and owner of the account. They will not give you the account back if you do not provide that specific information.

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.
