How to disable XXX games on STEAM?

I want to disable games that focus on playing with just one hand, but without deleting other games like GTA 5, Max effect or games with +18 content that is based on something "normal" and not the s.... that is filling up my main page of the store, it is very annoying to find interesting offers.
