I purchased the crew motorfest And I cant play it!
I purchased the crew motorfest, like I have purchased almost others 100 games on steam.
I installed the game and When I open the game on steam it opens ubisoft connect.
It asks for an activation code!!
I don't have any code, I checked the purchased email from steam, it has no codes!

I can't find any email support from steam!!!

What is going on here?!!

How can I contact steam support directly?!!!!

check spam and if its the right email
i personally hate ubisoft launcher cause the verification can take for ever and its hard to do anything :/ also had an issue where i couldn't play in the southern part of the Netherlands and had to use a vpn amsterdam location to be able to play

so in short check spam / all emails and be patient, check if you typed in the correct email as well :)

Update Ubi client, verify game files then restart both UConnect and Steam.
Try right clicking the game in your Steam library, manage, CD keys.
After updating both steam and ubisoft clients, when I opened crew motorfest for the 20th time it "synced" accounts automatically and the game started!

I'm still very worried that steam does not seam to have a support email address!

Wait are you sure you have the right account linked to steam? And no other accounts before this one?

I have seen a case where a man had his kid account connected in the first place, logged the kid account out en after he could not play games on his own account because it always forced the kdis account when launching true steam

Did you read what I have written?!
What difference do you think contacting them via email would make over the ticket system? You'd still get the same people and the same responses and they could still close it just as easily at their end.

That's because you don't need it. As already said update the Ubisoft client, verify the game files and then try again.
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
