All Steam games have massive fps drops

Hello, Im havning an issue lately with all my steam games. When I run a game (for example Dark Souls 3) after a few seconds, the game has massive fps drops rendering it unplayable. This applyies to all my steam games. I don't know why. I also tryed everything from updating all my drivers to reistalling all my games but nothing works. Note, I play other games from other launchers (GTAV from Rockstar Launcher and Warzone from Battlenet Launcher) and I dont have the same issue.

Check if the right graphics card is being used and not the integrated one

Check power- plan to make sure you are not on some low performance mode

Change power management in both Advanced power settings -> PCI -> link state power management' and the NVIDIA control panel

Use DDU to uninstall graphics drivers in safe mode and then clean install using NvCleaninstall.exe as well as NVIDIA's own driver

Disable malwarebytes and any other possible firewall that may be in the way

Format your computer reinstall OS (games and drivers only) leave the bloatware and start playing...

If you got problems after these methods, your issue is: it's hardware related.
